Itinerary
Day 1 Sat: Arrive Ayers Rock
On arrival at Ayers Rock you will be transferred to your hotel. This evening enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and nibbles as you watch sunset at Uluru.

Day 2 Sun: Kata Tjuta (the Olgas)
This morning you may wish to join an early tour to view sunrise at Uluru. Walk into Mutitjulu Waterhole and stop at the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. Visit Kata Tjuta and walk into Walpa Gorge. Enjoy sunset with a complimentary glass of wine, followed by a delicious barbecue dinner under the stars.

Day 3 Mon: Kings Canyon
Travel to Kings Canyon today. For the energetic, a guided climb to the Canyon rim will be rewarded with views of Watarrka National Park.

Day 4 Tue: Alice Springs
Leaving Watarrka National Park behind, we travel through to Alice Springs. See the sights of Alice Springs, including the Royal Flying Doctor Service, School of the Air and the Telegraph Station. Stop for panoramic views from Anzac Hill.
Hotel: Alice Springs Resort, 2 nights.

Day 5 Wed: Alice Springs Desert Park
This morning spend time with a local Aboriginal guide and learn of life of the Arrente People, followed by a visit to the Alice Springs Desert Park. This afternoon we travel to Angkerle (Standley Chasm) and Simpsons Gap.

Day 6 Thu: Tennant Creek
Travelling north we stop at Karlu Karlu (Devils Marbles). On arrival in Tennant Creek we join a tour of the historic Battery Hill Precinct. Tour an underground mine and enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner.

Day 7 Fri: Mataranka – Katherine
Visit the historic Daly Waters Hotel.Stop at the tropical oasis of Mataranka, where you may take the beautiful palm-lined walkway for a swim in the thermal springs.

Day 8 Sat: Katherine Gorge – Kakadu
Join our local guide on an early morning cruise through Katherine Gorge. Visit the Nitmiluk Visitor Centre and then continue deep into Kakadu National Park. Travel to Ubirr and climb to the top of this rocky outcrop for rewarding views. We stop at Bowali Visitor Centre.

Day 9 Sun: Kakadu – Darwin
Cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong. Travel to Darwin and enjoy a sightseeing tour including Parliament House and Fannie Bay Gaol. Visit the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, which houses stunning permanent collections of Aboriginal art.

Day 10 Mon: Litchfield National Park
Travel to Litchfield National Park to see beautiful Florence Falls, Wangi Falls and the Magnetic Termite Mounds.

Day 11 Tue: Darwin ‘Free Time’
Enjoy a day at leisure in Darwin today.

Day 12 Wed: Darwin – Katherine
This morning join your Western Australia Tour Director. Head south towards Katherine. Stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery, a site dedicated to the victims of the WWII air raids on Darwin.

Day 13 Thu: Ord River Cruise
Travel to mighty Lake Argyle. Cruise on the placid waters of the Ord River.

Day 14 Fri: Kununurra
See the Ord River Irrigation Scheme, Hidden Valley National Park and visit Kelly’s Knob Lookout for panoramic views.

Day 16 Sun: El Questro
Cruise through Chamberlain Gorge, abounded by tropical vegetation. At Emma Gorge Resort there is time to sit by the pool or to hike into Emma Gorge.

Day 17 Mon: Lirrgarn Argyle Diamond Mine
Today visit the Lirrgarn Argyle Diamond Mine, which produces one quarter of the world’s diamonds annually, for a guided tour. Continue to Halls Creek.

Day 18 Tue: Geikie Gorge
Travel to the remote township of Fitzroy Crossing. This afternoon enjoy a cruise through spectacular Geikie Gorge.

Day 19 Wed: Derby – Broome
Travel to Derby and see the famous Boab Prison Tree, before continuing to Broome. Directly opposite the hotel is Cable Beach.

Enjoy your day at leisure to explore this tropical hideaway.

Day 21 Fri: Depart Broome
