Peppers Seven Spirit Bay is cited by world famous sportsmen Greg Norman and Rex Hunt as one of the best fishing destinations in Australia and the world. Peppers Seven Spirit Bay provides customised guided fishing adventures suited to small groups or the individual.
Fishing in this NT region is considered excellent all year round. The Cobourg Peninsula boasts a range of fishing environments – creek, open water, reef, gutter, flats and more – each with particular ‘seasons’ and specialities. Peppers Seven Spirit Bay offers both Blue Water Fishing and Estuary Fishing.
Sport FishingFor the fishing enthusiast there are many reefs, outcrops and islands that can produce exciting sport fishing. At the end of the wet season Barramundi start working the Trepang Creek system as well as a few of the smaller creeks in the area.
Wide ranging are the Mangrove Jacks, Trevally species, Queenfish, Mackerel, Snapper and Cod. For the Shark fisherman, Black Tips, Whalers and at times Tigers give plenty of action. Mud Crabs are found all season. Peppers Seven Spirit Bay has boats that can seasonally cover all the fishing grounds. Also encountered frequently whilst fishing are Turtles and Dolphins and at times Dugongs and Whales.

- Fly-fishing equipment is not supplied as fly fisherman normally prefer to use their own.
- Peppers Seven Spirit Bay operates a ‘catch and release’ policy.
- All sport fishing must be pre-booked to guarantee availability.
A range of fishing vessels are available, all complete with fishing equipment, local guide and the boats are equipped to provide maximum versatility for the 'Top End' waters. All boats are equipped with complete safety gear and VHF radio.

- This Vessel is also in 2C Survey for 8 anglers and 2 crew for serious offshore Blue water Sport fishing.

Any season is a good season fishing in the ‘The Top End’ Should you be after as many different species as possible the end of August through to November is the best time. These months consistently produce the most diverse fishing available from the challenge of Barramundi in the creeks to sight fishing over clear water, shallow reefs for the powerful Giant Trevally and Queenfish, or the thrill of the open water speedster, the Spanish Mackerel on light tackle.
