Emu Run Tours - Kings Canyon
Enjoy the unique beauty of red sand hills within spinifex plains and ancient desert oaks as you travel to the magestic Kings Canyon. A guided walk throughout this ancient landscape will ensure you don't just see it - but more importantly: feel it!Itinerary:
Emu Run collect you from your Alice Springs accommodation at 6am, and stop at Mt Ebenezer for a light breakfast along the way.
We travel along the Luritja Road towards Kings Canyon. On arrival enjoy a deliciously prepared lunch, then a 3 hour guided rim walk (though if weather conditions are over 35 degree celsius or if the group prefers we can opt to do a base walk and visit to Kathleen Springs instead).
Travel back to Mt Ebenezer for dinner, drive in coach comfort to Alice Springs returning approx midnight in cooler months and 1.00am warmer months.
